With these aims in mind, our services include workplace mediation for employee or management disputes, small business mediation to facilitate difficult conversations, executive coaching for managers, assertiveness coaching for individuals, DISC profiles for individuals or teams, communication and leadership skills training, and advisory services for senior leaders.

What does the workplace mediation process involve?

The workplace mediation process involves joint and separate productive conversations facilitated by a neutral and experienced mediator. Click HERE for more information.


The mediation process is confidential, voluntary and without prejudice. The parties will feel listened to and build trust with the mediator. When the real issues come to the surface, the mediator can help the parties think through options for the future. 


The mediator will facilitate the session neutrally, impartially, and confidentially, which enables parties to think through the options that they have chosen, rather than imposing a decision upon them. 


The majority of cases can be resolved after just one day of mediation.

Mediation for small businesses

Small Business Mediation provides an informal and satisfactory method of resolving these interpersonal disputes with staff or between business partners without having to resort to disciplinary/grievance/dismissal procedures or ending up with a case at the employment tribunal or small claims court. For small businesses with less than 5 staff members, we offer 'mediation by the hour' to make conflict resolution as accessible as possible.

One-to-one coaching

Coaching services are available for individuals, managers or senior leaders to support with assertiveness, leadership skills, delivering feedback, and managing conflict. Click HERE to see more information on the different packages and one-off coaching sessions.


Conflict coaching can also be a great addition to mediation - particularly when one or both parties are anxious or have mental health concerns. Or, conflict coaching can be used to help an individual to process a difficult personal or professional interaction or conflict situation.

What is a DISC 'communication style'?

'DISC' is a method of psychometric profiling - similar to Insights or Myers Briggs (MBTI) - which enables individuals to become more self-aware about their motivations, behaviour, communication style, strengths, and areas of focus for development, using a 'DISC report'. DISC is an incredibly simple and effective tool for improving communication skills and understanding how to relate to those with different styles.
