Peaceful Culture Advisory Services

Meeting facilitation
Meeting facilitation can be beneficial when discussions may be sensitive in nature, or when the individuals in the room find it challenging to have productive discussions.
The facilitator ensures the meeting is productive and peaceful, whilst maintaining neutrality throughout.
As a qualified and experienced workplace mediator, Emma Jenkings can effectively facilitate meetings for teams, management meetings or senior leadership discussions.
This is similar to workplace mediation (click on the button below for 'Mediation Info') but is focussed on supporting one-off meetings, rather than resolving a conflict situation between teams or individuals.
E-Learning & Training
E-learning courses or training on leadership, assertiveness and team communication may be another option for an individual or team of senior leaders.
