With the aim of facilitating
peaceful conflict prevention, management and resolution,
our services include workplace
mediation for employee or management disputes, small
business mediation to facilitate difficult conversations,
executive coaching for managers,
assertiveness coaching for individuals, DISC profiles for individuals or teams,
communication and leadership skills training, and
advisory services for senior leaders.
The workplace mediation process involves joint and separate productive conversations facilitated by a neutral and experienced mediator. Click HERE for more information.
The mediation process is confidential, voluntary and without prejudice. The parties will feel listened to and build trust with the mediator. When the real issues come to the surface, the mediator can help the parties think through options for the future.
The mediator will facilitate the session neutrally, impartially, and confidentially, which enables parties to think through the options that they have chosen, rather than imposing a decision upon them. Another option is doing a Neutral Evaluation.
The majority of cases can be resolved after just one day of mediation. Get in contact for any enquiries or bookings.
Small business workplace mediation provides an informal and satisfactory method of resolving these interpersonal disputes with staff or communication issues between business partners without ending up with a case at the employment tribunal or small claims court. Click HERE for more information.
We offer 'mediation by the hour' for small businesses with less than 5 staff members to make conflict resolution accessible. If the other person is not interested in mediating, there are also other ways we can support you.
Workplace mediation for small businesses may also involve some civil or commercial matters. If you are unsure whether your situation is a workplace mediation or civil/commercial mediation, get in touch anyway. We regularly refer or partner with other mediators to ensure the client receives the services they need.

Individuals may wish to become more confident and assertive communicators through Assertiveness Coaching. Our Peaceful Leadership Coaching equips people managers or senior leaders with leadership skills, delivering feedback, and managing conflict. Conflict coaching can be used to help an individual to proactively process a difficult personal or professional interaction or conflict situation. Conflict coaching can also be a great addition to mediation - particularly when one or both parties experience anxiety or have mental health concerns.
Training, E-Learning & Workshops

DISC Profiles & Workshops
What is a DISC 'communication style'? 'DISC' is a method of psychometric profiling - similar to Insights or Myers Briggs (MBTI) - which enables individuals to become more self-aware about their motivations, behaviour, communication style, strengths, and areas of focus for development, using a 'DISC report'. DISC is an incredibly simple and effective tool for improving communication skills and understanding how to relate to those with different styles.
We work with individuals who want to learn more about themselves - whether within their coaching package or separately. We also work with organisations, to support individuals or whole teams with improving communication skills and raising self-awareness.
Peaceful Culture Advisory Services
Develop a peaceful workplace culture using our advisory service which provides people in leadership with strategic guidance to help them become effective at preventing unnecessary conflict, equipped to lead people confidently, ensure productive leadership meetings, and have an effective conflict resolution strategy. We provide a bespoke support package which could include training, coaching, focused guidance, leadership team meeting attendance or facilitation, or Peaceful Leadership coaching.
