About Mosaic Mediation:
Mosaic Mediation is a conflict resolution services business based in Hampshire, England.
We work with SMEs, HR professionals, medium-sized, or large organisations across the UK to equip the individuals in their team with the skills, knowledge and confidence to communicate effectively and nurture peaceful, trust-filled working relationships, with our in-person and online services.
Mosaic Mediation is owned and led by Emma Jenkings. We also work with various other conflict resolution organisations, HR consultancies, and specialist consultants to deliver an effective, high-quality service to clients.

About the Founder:
Emma Jenkings is an experienced Workplace Mediator, Executive Conflict & Assertiveness Coach, DISC Practitioner, Mentor, MHFA, and Communication Skills Trainer with a strong legal background.
Since setting up Mosaic Mediation, Emma has facilitated numerous mediations in a range of sectors and has a very high rate of success of getting to resolution. Business sectors include: charities, education providers, manufacturing companies, pharmaceutical companies, within the NHS, city council, SME's, IT service providers and micro businesses.
As a professional 'peacemaker' - not 'peacekeeper' - Emma finds great satisfaction in helping individuals communicate effectively so they can resolve issues, feel listened to, and find a mutually agreeable solution through mediation. She has trained several teams to communicate more effectively and coached numerous individuals in conflict management skills and assertiveness.
Among other organisations that Emma supports, she is the resident supporting assertiveness coach for small business owners with the ALTITUDE Business Growth Immersive Coaching Experience and a Director of CLA Mediation & Training Ltd - who provide conflict resolution skills and accredited workplace mediation training.
As a keen supporter of collaboration, Emma is also a Lead Practitioner at Bloom Mediator Mentoring, which provides services for mediators including mentoring, supervision, debriefing and virtual mediation case support.
Emma lives in Gosport, Hampshire - a coastal town between Portsmouth and Southampton - with her husband, their two children and loveable Cypriot rescue dog. She is also the Leadership and Management Governor of the local Secondary School.
She enjoys writing about mediation, conflict resolution and communication tips in my blog and YouTube channel, and is also available for speaking engagements, podcasts, and interviews.
Emma's Background & Training:
After finishing her Law degree in 2009, Emma worked for the Ministry of Justice at the Employment Tribunal as a Caseworker, Tribunal Clerk and Customer Service Officer. Her legal background gave her the required legal knowledge and understanding of the intricacies of employment law in practice. Whilst working at the Employment Tribunal, Emma saw the legal, emotional and financial ramifications of not preventing unnecessary conflict at an early stage.
As a caseworker, she was responsible for talking parties through the Tribunal procedure and through those conversations it became clear just how stressful and emotionally draining a Tribunal case could be. It further highlighted the importance of mediation in the world of work; to avoid the need for going through the court system.
At the end of 2015, Emma trained with Globis Mediation Group to become an Accredited Employment and Workplace Mediator. At the beginning of 2016, Mosaic Mediation was founded.
Emma later trained to become a Conflict Coach and DISC practitioner, as she wanted to help organisations PREVENT unnecessary issues and confidently MANAGE conflict by providing training, coaching and through using DISC psychometric profiles, alongside using mediation to RESOLVE.
In 2022, Emma became a Mental Health First Aider with MHFA England. She believes that the knowledge and guidance she gained from doing this course undoubtedly improves the support she give all Mosaic Mediation clients - whether they are experiencing mental ill health at the time of support or not.
